Extended Warranty Service (EWS)
Our Support & Services Dept. offers the Extended Warranty service for Stonex® products.
EWS is used to extend the legal warranty period (1 to 2 years depending on the product) for one or more years. EWS must be requested at least one month before the legal warranty expires. The warranty can be extended up to a total of 4 years from the date of purchase; the 4 years period includes the legal warranty period.
Why to activate the Extended Warranty Service
The Extended Warranty service extends the original warranty period of the product to protect against defects in materials and workmanship. Firmware upgrades are also included.

- The costs of shipping the equipment to the Stonex Service center
- Replacement of consumable parts such as cables, batteries, or accessories.
- The field software upgrades.
Firmware updates
Updated firmware are released to improve the product usability and provide enhancements to the existing product feature set. The firmware updates are noticed and available on the STONEX Web site
