Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven and highly organized Regional Sales Manager with a strong commercial mindset to join our team.
The Regional Sales Manager in Stonex is a crucial figure in managing and overseeing the company’s sales in France and North Africa. This professional is responsible for developing sales strategies, achieving set goals, and leading the dealers’ team.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven sales experience in semi-durable goods
- Experience working with distributors (our business model is distributor-based)
- Strong commercial and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage and develop multichannel distribution networks
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in managing channel overlap or conflicts
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and develop targeted territorial strategies
- Customer-oriented approach, with experience handling and resolving complaints
- Ability to work towards and achieve defined sales targets
- Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors in the assigned territory
- Capable of consolidating and increasing regional sales, as well as identifying and onboarding new resellers when necessary
- Willingness to travel internationally when required
- Proactive in maintaining regular contact with resellers through video calls
- Experience in organizing training sessions and online webinars in collaboration with internal teams (marketing, support, etc.)
Language Skills:
- Fluency in French and English
